Body Restoration
So many of the conditions that we treat are the result of neglect of a chronic “under the radar” condition that has affected the way you hold yourself or has led to compensations in movement patterns. Movement patterns can be as complex as a golf or tennis swing or getting onto and off of the floor. The paradigm shift in thinking changes from treatment of injury to restoration of optimal joint and body function before mechanical and neurological problems arise. For example a midfoot that is tight will affect how the foot hits the ground and ultimately how the leg, hip and back respond. If left untreated dysfunctions can arise anywhere along the kinetic chain from spine down to the foot.
