Client Care Coordinator
We are looking for a full-time client care coordinator at Kriz Physical Therapy, PA
Our Mission: “We help active adults and athletes preserve their active lifestyles, despite injury or surgery, through physical therapy and wellness.
Our motto: “Your health is an investment, not an expense.”
Due to our rapid growth, We are now looking to bring on a client care coordinator that can take us to the next level. If that sounds like you then let’s talk some more.
If you are reading this, you are looking for a place to call home, somewhere you can be a part of, somewhere that you can make a difference instead of being another number. You may be looking for a leadership team that priorities your growth, and here that is what you will get. A place to call home, to make a difference, and grow every day!
As our client care coordinator, you will be truly responsible for taking care of all our clients from the first point of contact. Whether that is answering the phone, reaching out to past patients, or walking through the door for the first time. You will be an integral reason that our clients choose us. Equally for the company you will be a crucial block to the foundations of our success. Delivering outstanding service is just one aspect, we want you to provide organization and structure to the front desk, making our physical therapist’s jobs easier by maintaining full efficient schedules, develop and enhance our practice’s procedures and communicate with third party service to maintain our accounts.
To achieve the level of success that we strive for:
- Possess a genuine interest in people, talking to them, and getting to know them. Understanding them on a level that will help you better solve their concerns, spoken and unspoken.
- Become proficient in obtaining patient insurance information, verifying benefits, and successfully communicating the patient’s out of pocket responsibility before their first visit. This will also include overcoming financial objections such as, “I can’t afford it”, “Do you take my insurance?” etc.
- Be dependable, on time, willing to do things because they need to be done without thinking “that’s not my job” or “that’s not why I was hired.” Your presence alone illustrates your commitment to being a team player and making EVERYONE’S experience better, either a team mate or client.
- BE proficient with computers, software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Google Drive, sending and receiving email, and managing a computer either PC or MAC.
- Possess a thirst to find things that need to be done or be done better. Never thinking, “my job is done” but rather “what can I do next?”
- Be flexible in the work hours and the type of work you do in your hours. We know that back pain doesn’t go away after 5 pm. Due to this and to be successful in this role you will be required to make yourself available from 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 9 am- 3 pm (during season).
- Be responsible for limiting drop offs: patients who book appointments and then drop off the schedule are not good for either parties involved. You will be proactive in making regular reactivation phone calls to the people who have dropped off of the schedule.
- Attend our weekly team meetings where we focus on your development and growth, and contribute your success and knowledge to the rest of the team.
